Is it really July 14th?
The banner on Nick’s official Avatar site that read “New episodes of Avatar return July 14th!” was removed recently. Whether this is because the information was released prematurely, or whether Nick changed the air date is unclear. More details (hopefully) coming soon…

IT BETTER BE COMING! I’ve waited too long! oh and btw, i find it funny that this could be the air date, since acourding to Nick mag, the dvd featuring this episode premeires may 5, 2008 (before the episode premieres.) Nick has some seirious mental isues.

We already know that some episodes unaired in the US will be released on DVD on the 6th, and I agree that it’s a stupid decision. I wouldn’t get too upset about the release date not necessarily being July 14th though. It has to be in July, for sure. If anything it will only be earlier in July.

Hopefully you’re correct. I’m thinking that Nick has already waited too long to air the new episodes as it is, postponing the air date to later than July 14th will have a lot of fans…well, you get the picture.

I don’t think we’re going to see a release date pushed beyond July 14th, if anything, what I meant was that they might move the date earlier. The last episodes are supposed to air on the 28th or 29th, if I remember correctly, which means they’ll be showing about 9 episodes in 2 weeks. I think the episodes should start airing in the beginning of July, if anything.
Of course if it were up to me they’d start airing in June…or even May….Why wait until July?
