The Faces of Koh
This is probably Koh's actual face, as it's the one he greeted Aang with first, and the only one that is difficult to link to something in the series.
This angry face is shown when Koh speaks of how Avatar Kuruk tried to kill him. It's probably just some random man's face he stole, as it certainly isn't Kuruk's.
This is the face of Ummi, Avatar Kuruk's wife. She was mysteriously sucked into the spirit pond at the Northern Water Tribe on the day that she and Kuruk were supposed to be married. Later, we find that Koh took her, and stole her face, to punish Kuruk for his past arrogance. Every year, on the anniversary of their wedding, Kuruk sets out to try and save Ummi, but hasn't been able to yet.
This is most likely the face of the monkey that Aang sees outside Koh's lair.
This face can't be placed to something specific in the series, but seems to be just an ordinary owl.
This is the face of a very old man, and cannot be specifically placed.
This face closely resembles the Blue Spirit mask sometimes worn by Zuko. What this could mean is that there actually is a "Blue Spirit", and Koh stole that spirit's face. Nothing is known for sure though.
This face is widely believed to be that of Lu Ten, Iroh's son. There are a number of reasons for this; first, it closely resembles Iroh. Second, the hair is in the traditional Fire Nation style. Third, Iroh is known to have journeyed into the spirit world. Perhaps Lu Ten somehow got trapped in there and got his face stolen by Koh, and Iroh went in to try and save him. This would explain why Iroh is so devestated by the loss of his son, even more so than a normal person would be; perhaps Iroh had the chance to save him and couldn't quite do it.
