46th Earth King- First Seen: Avatar Escape Online Comic- Kyoshi

Personality: Selfish and arrogant, he tried to force Kyoshi into squashing a large number of peasants rising up against him.
Powers: Unknown. Aside from any political power he held, he may or may not have been a bender. Of note is how cowed he was by Kyoshi. Personally, I think this is not only because Kyoshi was the avatar, but because of her stature (extremely tall) and her general intimidating nature.
Background Info: Unknown for the most part. He is the current earth king's great-great-great-great grandfather.
