Personality: This woman is strict, and very bureaucratic. Irritable from having to deal with so many people every day, in addition to countless fake avatars, she makes exceptions to the rules only when someone of great privilege specifically requests them.

Powers: The only power she has is the power of her position, she helps control who can and can't get onto the only ferry to Ba Sing Se.

Background Info: Nothing is known about her, except that she's probably been working her job for a long time.
