Personality: It's hard to make a judgement of his personality because of the stressed circumstances we see him under, but he seems to have respect and concern for his performers, though that is outweighed by his fear of Azula. In any case, he isn't one to stand up against threats.
Powers: Firebending, it is unknown how good he is
Background Info: This man is the ringmaster, of a group of Fire Nation circus performers, which at one point included Ty Lee.
