Dock/Xu/Bushi- First Seen: Chapter 3, Book 3
Affiliation: Fire
Personality: An apparently crazy old man that lives in the Fire Nation town of Jang Hui. He has three different names that he goes by according to what hat he's wearing at the time, which are his "brothers." When he wears the red hat, he is Dock, who works on the docks. When he wears the yellow hat, he is Xu, who works in the shop, and when he wears the third hat, he is Bushi, whose favorite hobby is cleaning rivers.

Powers: None apparent

Background Info: Not much is known about Dock/Xu/Bushi other than he lives in the Fire Nation town of Jang Hui and believes unconditionally that the Painted Lady is real. Over the course of his life, drinking from the polluted river affected him mentally.
