Governor of Omashu

Governor- First Seen: Book 2: Chapter 3
Affiliation: Fire
Personality: The governor is slightly unusual for a high ranking Fire Nation man, in that he seems to have reasonably high morals, and cares deeply for his family. In fact, his love for his young son was great enough to cause him to agree to trade a very valuable prisoner, Bumi, for Tom-Tom.

Powers: Unknown, possibly a bender.

Background Info: For whatever reason, whether it be birth, performance in battle, or something else, this man had a reasonably high rank in the Fire Nation aristocracy prior to when we first meet him, as he was chosen by Fire Lord Ozai to be the governor of the newly conquered Omashu. He moved to the city with his wife, his daughter Mai, and his son Tom-Tom in order to fulfill his new duties. However, he doesn't seem to be very good at his job, the one major decision we ever see him make is hastily made and without any knowledge, and leads to the accidental kidnapping of his son.
