Personality: Hue is by far the smartest of all the inhabitants of the swamp in the Earth Kingdom, and is wise, cheerful, and friendly once you get to know him.
Powers: A style of waterbending that specializes in bending the water in plants and vines.
Background Info: He acts as guarding of the giant swamp in the Earth Kingdom. He says that he reached enlightenment while sitting under the great banion grove tree in the center of the swamp, the single tree that really is the entire swamp.
