Fire Lord Ozai

Fire Lord Ozai- First Seen: Book 1: Chapter 12

Personality: Ozai is sinister, cruel, ruthless, agressive, malevolet, and just about every synonym you can find for any of the above. He favors his daughter Azula over his son Zuko, believing the latter to be a failure, and treats evryone else with the same contempt.

Powers: Probably the most powerful firebender in the world

Background Info: Ozai is the Fire Lord, the leader (though more like tyrant) of the Fire Nation. When his older brother Iroh's son died in battle, he attempted to convince Fire Lord Azulon, his father, to make him the heir to the throne. Azulon became very angry at this presumptuous move from Ozai, and said that he would punish him. Shortly after, Azulon *mysteriously* died, Ozai's wife Ursa ran away, and Ozai was declared by his father's dying wish to be the new Fire Lord. At one point in his life Ozai searched for the Avatar, but was unsucessful.
