Personality: Teo is very kind and understanding, and can sometimes be a bit of a show off. He is also very optimistic, and does not let his handicap hinder how he lives his life.

Powers: Skilled at riding his wheelchair/glider

Background Info: When he was very young, Teo's legs were badly injured in a flood that destroyed his village, and also killed his mother. Teo's father took him, along with the remains of their village, to the Northern Air Temple, where they began making a home for themselves.
