I randomly noticed today that an older editorial of mine about Sokka was no longer on the site, and the link to it was down. No idea how that happened, but I’ve fixed it now. Also, all the old comments have been saved. Re-enjoy!

I just wanted to fill everybody in on what’s going on with the site recently, as I’ve been mostly absent for a while.

First of all, for the many people who noticed that Waterbender was completely down for a few days, there wasn’t much I could do about that. The server that the site is hosted on underwent major upgrades. The downside of that was the site being offline for a few days, but that’s done now. The upside, though, is that you should notice significantly faster page load and download times, so that’s good

Screencaps are now being posted again; 306 has been uploaded, 307 and 309-10 will follow soon.

There’s a new archive page for news posts which I think is cool, check it out here. There’s also a new archive page for the poll, accessible via the link under the poll.

Finally, my latest speculative editorial, entitled “Book 3-Part 2″, is complete, and will be posted once I finish translating it from plain text to HTML.

THQ has announced that another Avatar video game will be made, entitled “Avatar: The Last Airbender — Into the Inferno”. The description of the game is:

“When the Fire Nation devises a plot to use the power of Sozin’s Comet to rain devastation on the rest of the world, the fate of the world lies in the hands of only a few young, brave heroes - Aang and his friends”

According to the release, the game will “specifically follows the adventures of Aang and his friends” over the course of Book 3, and will be available for Wii, Nintendo DS, and PS2 this October. Check out the full article, along with gameplay footage, here.

After two years of not even getting a nomination, Avatar won the kids choice award for favorite cartoon today. A big congratulation goes to all the people who work on the show, and a shout out to all the fans that voted!

Also, Dongbu Feng is saying that they will soon be revealing the titles to the rest of the season.

After a long time of the entire audio page not working, I finally fixed the error. Woot! It only took 5 complaint emails to get me to do it!

On a related note, to the many people who have emailed me asking me to add new files, I have no control over when new files get uploaded, as all of it is from The Track Team’s MySpace.
